The rental period is based on a weekly cycle. The rental fee is collected weekly.
A total deposit of $500 is required to secure all rentals, regardless of duration. This amount is divided into two parts:
For rentals lasting one week or less, the Reservation Fee ($150) is retained by the Company. The Security Deposit ($350) will be refunded in full upon the vehicle's return, provided the vehicle is in the same condition as at the start of the rental, with no damage, excessive wear, cleaning fees, fuel shortages, toll violations, or unpaid balances.
For rentals extending beyond one week, the Reservation Fee ($150) remains non-refundable. The Security Deposit ($350) will not be applied toward the first week's payment. Beginning in the second week, $70 per week will be credited toward each subsequent week's rental payment until the refundable portion of the deposit is fully applied (after five weeks).
The Reservation Fee is non-refundable in all cases. The Security Deposit may be forfeited, in whole or in part, if the renter cancels, terminates early, or returns the vehicle in a condition inconsistent with this Agreement.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the vehicle is inspected and all account balances are cleared. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method on file unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No Credit Check: Approval is instant with no credit check required.
Payment Policy: Payment is due weekly. No late payments are allowed.
Late Payment: If payment is delayed, a fee of $45 per day will be applied for the first three days.
After three days, the Agreement will be canceled and the vehicle will be repossessed.
The Renter must provide their own insurance coverage for the duration of the rental period.
The policy must include at least the minimum liability coverage required by Georgia law ($25,000/$50,000/$25,000 for bodily injury/property damage) and include comprehensive and collision coverage sufficient for the vehicle's full value.
Proof of valid insurance must be provided to the Owner prior to taking possession of the vehicle.
The Owner does not provide any insurance coverage.
The Owner covers all routine maintenance.
The Renter is responsible for routine upkeep and must bring the vehicle in for free service every two weeks at the Owners designated service location.
The Owner shall also provide maintenance and inspections every 30 days if needed.
The Renter shall immediately notify the Owner of any issues or needed repairs beyond routine maintenance. Unauthorized repairs by the Renter are not permitted.
Authorized Use: The vehicle may be driven only by the Renter or any additional drivers expressly approved by the Owner in writing.
Permitted Use: The vehicle shall be used solely for lawful purposes. It shall not be used for racing, towing, carrying passengers or goods for hire, or any other prohibited uses.
Geographic Restrictions: The vehicle must remain within the state of Georgia unless written consent for travel outside is obtained.
The rental is extended on a cash basis with instant approval provided the requirements (Social Security information and a valid Georgia drivers license) are met.
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank.
If not, the Renter will be charged a refueling fee equal to the cost of the fuel plus a service charge of $25.
The Renter agrees to return the vehicle at the agreed location on the final day of the rental period. Late returns will incur the late fee as outlined under the Payment Policy.
Failure to return on time beyond the allowed grace period (3 days of delay) will result in cancellation of the Agreement and repossession of the vehicle.
The Renter assumes full responsibility for the vehicle during the rental period. This includes any damage, theft, collision, or loss, even if the Renter is not at fault.
The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from the Renter's use or operation of the vehicle.
No Insurance Provided by Owner: The Owner is not liable for any injuries or damages that occur during the rental period. The Renters own insurance is primary.
